For those of you wishing to take your I-Pad to Jamaica, you can. But will it work? Reports are coming out that it DOES NOT work off Jamaica's services just yet. According to the Apple website, the I-Pad does not yet have connectivity in Jamaica. And there is no indication when it would be up and running.
If you MUST use your I-Pad in Jamaica you could visit www.mrsimcard.com/ipad.html and get a SIM card for the iPad that will work in Jamaica. For $70 you get a 7 day pass (SIM card) for your I-Pad.
