Well, since I live in LA #(&(@* THAT! :-) A recent poll from Travel + Leisure magazine came out asking which city in America is the rudest and Los Angeles came out as #1. I don't think it's that rude out here, but maybe with all the traffic it is.
The top 5 cities in terms of rudeness...

#3. Philadelphia
#4. Miami
#5. Washington
