FREE lodging in Canada?

Here's FREE resort offer I ran across yet I have NO idea if it's legit.  The place is called Sunshine Coast Resort and it's in up in Canada in a city called Madeira Park, Google Map.  They're claiming FREE accommodations for the rest of this month, this month being January of 2011.   Typically they charge from $68 bucks to $165 per night, but right now...FREE!

Are they new and seeking publicity?   Are they bored?   What's up?
