If you're hanging around Milwaukee today you should run over and take the Jeffery Dahmer 90 min walking tour. The sick and twisted tour walks you thru some of the South side Milwaukee bars where Dahmer used to find his prey.
The tour costs $30 bucks but users of Groupon might have seen the "once in a lifetime" deal (two tickets for $25) that was being offered.

Dahmer used to visit gay bars in the Walker's Point neighborhood where would look for victims. In the end, Dahmer was convicted of killing 17 young men and boys. He was beat to death in 1994 in prison. That's called street vigilantism!
