Do you all remember the story that had Erin Andrews being spied on at a Marriott hotel in Nashville by a now convicted pervert? Well now she's filling a 10 million dollar lawsuit against both the pervert AND the Marriot hotel chain citing invasion of privacy.
The peeper, Michael Barrett of Chicago, pleaded guilty in 2010 was sentenced to two and a half years in federal prison where he still sits. Marriott refused to comment on the lawsuit. I think for 10 million bucks I'd let someone peep on me and post the pics to the 'net, but I do understand the need to punish the guy. And NO, I'm not gonna post those photos the dude took - FREAKS!
