Word has it that Breezes Grand in Negril, Jamaica now offers free WiFi in their nice big lobby. They also have an internet cafe but that seems to be a paid service still, but if you wanna hang in the lobby with your I-Phone or computer, go for it!

We were there in 2009 and they did not have any WiFi that I knew about, but then again I didn't check. But now it's reportedly FREE!!! This coming from Breezes concierge Tannif.
UPDATE: I can confirm that there is free WiFi on the C/O side. Not much reception in rooms but works fine around the pool and grill.
