A storm blows in the Caribbean

An area of disturbed weather with a 40 percent chance of becoming a tropical cyclone may bring heavy rain and mudslides to Haiti and Jamaica this week said the U.S. National Hurricane Center.   


The Meteorological Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for low-lying and flood prone areas of St Mary, Portland, St Thomas, St Catherine, Clarendon, Kingston and St Andrew all in Jamaica.
