Mexico has it's pro's and con's. It's a beautiful country, it's close, and they got great beaches. On the con side, you can get killed, you can get shot, you can get robbed. So, what's the verdict for Mexico for Spring Break?
Recently the the Texas Department of Public Safety has issued a warning discouraging students from going to Mexico for spring break because of safety issues. But Mexican officials say that tourism there increased last year, despite drug-cartel violence and the world's economic woes. So which is it, good or bad?
