E-Readers for travel?

You're sitting in the airport, you're sitting in a cab, you're sitting on the airplane...whatever you're doing you're BORED out of your mind.   When you travel you can always expect a little bit of downtime, time to relax and...read a book!   "E-Readers" have been around for a while and are a popular way to taken in a good "book".

For my money the Kindle is the best reader.  In price it's around $130 and this is for the 3rd generation version.   You can get one of two types of Kindles these days:  #1 a $139 version that has WiFi in it so you can download new books when in WiFi range or #2 a $189 version that has the WiFi but it also has FREE 3G service so you can download on the road.

Either way both versions have super long battery power (read up to ONE month on one single charge, leave the charger at home) and the non-glare screen make it easy to read.   You can also hold up to 3,500 books on one single Kindle!

A few more cool things:  The Kindle stays cool to the touch because of the low battery use and most books cost $9.99 or less, even the best sellers!  And at 8.5 oz it's light and easy to carry with you.

So don't be bored on the road, read a good book and you'll end up smarter by the time you hit your hotel!
