For those of you who read our first post about another possible topless beach in New Jersey, Asbury Park to go topless?, might be interested to know that the idea was shot down BIG time by local officials. "There is no intention to change those ordinances," Mayor Ed Johnson said.

I think a topless beach should be in the Caribbean only, this is a family beach,
